FAQS about Crys Washington Virgin Collection: 

There is 3.5 oz of hair in each bundle of Crys Washington Virgin hair. 

For a partial sewin or installment 2 bundles of Crys Washington Virgin Hair is recommended.
For a full sewin or installment 3 bundles minimum is recommended. 

For installments using 26" and up 4 bundles or more is recommended for installment due to the fact the longer the hair the shorter the weft. 

Crys Washington virgin hair comes in a natural color which range from a 2b to a 4 in color. 

Crys Washington  Virgin Hair can be pre lighten and custom colored to desired color. It can also be toned and colored to a darker desired color. The hair can be pre lightened 4-5 levels but is recommended to be done by a license professional with cosmetology licenses. 

Please treat hair like natural hair by washing and conditioning hair for best results. This is 100% human hair so it will have minimal shedding and light breakage. Due to wearing overtime, chemical process, heat and weft thinning for the best results and longevity of the hair, you must wash, deep condition, air dry hair, seal weft if needed and try not to cut weft. 

Refund Policy

All sales are final, NO REFUNDS on Crys Washington Virgin Hair. However, we do offer hair exchange within 7 days of sales receipt. To exchange, hair must be in original state of purchase with product rubber band still intact. If Rubber band is removed or hair has been chemically altered, cut, combed, or washed your exchange will be voided. For exchange please contact us with your full name, address, contact number and receipt information and state the issue and we will determine within 2-3 business days if the exchange is approved.


Processing and Shipping 

Please allow 3 days for your order to be process and shipped . Your order will be shipped out usually within 2-3 business days unless your order falls on a holiday or an unforeseen event due to the weather. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number through email with the USPS.com website to track your order . For international shipping other postal carriers may be used.

We ship to most countries but please contact us to make sure that your country is included on our international shipping list. International shipping prices may vary due to location. We are not responsible for import and customs fees in your country and have no control of the regulated fees and taxes. Please contact your customs office for your country for any additional fees.
